摘 要:针对唐安煤矿掘进及回采过程中瓦斯超限、井下煤柱的应力集中、煤炭采出率低等问题,在2301(上)工作面试验双巷掘进柔模混凝土无煤柱开采技术。重点设计研究了合理高效的双巷掘进施工方案、柔模混凝土隔离墙构筑方案、聚能预裂爆破切顶卸压护巷方案。工程实践表明:实施双巷掘进柔模混凝土无煤柱开采技术后,不仅解决了矿井掘进及回采过程中瓦斯超限难题,避免了井下煤柱的应力集中,而且实现了区段无煤柱开采,提高了煤炭的采出率,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景。Aiming at the gas overrun,stress concentration of the underground coal pillar and low coal recovery rate in the mine excavation and mining,the technology of pillarless mining with double roadway driving supported by flexible formwork concrete is tested in 2301upper working face in Tang’an Coal Mine.The reasonable and efficient scheme is designed for double roadway driving,flexible formwork concrete isolation wall construction,and roof cutting pressure releasing roadway protection with shaped charge presplit blasting.Engineering practice shows that,after implementing the technology,the problems of gas overrun and stress concentration of coal pillars are avoided,and the non-pillar mining is realized in the section,which improves the coal mining rate,and brings good economic benefits and application prospects.
