摘  要:阐述了特大型矿井箕斗“一”字型布置方式,通过分析井筒围岩地质条件,设计采用了双层现浇钢筋混凝土(或钢纤维混凝土)HDPE塑料夹层复合井壁,下部非冻结段井壁采用“单层钢纤维+钢筋混凝土”井壁结构;根据两对50t箕斗荷重以及箕斗上下运行对罐道、罐道梁所产生的较大作用力(含竖向、水平方向),并综合考虑罐道型钢冷弯工艺、材料消耗量,采用冷弯矩形空心型钢罐道梁、32c工字钢支撑梁、角钢制作罐道梁支座等,确保了提升容器的安全运行。The“一”shaped layout of the skip in extra-large mine is introduced.Through analyzing the geological conditions of the surrounding rock of the shaft,the double-layer cast-in-place reinforced concrete(or steel fiber concrete)HDPE plastic sandwich composite shaft wall is designed,and the single-layer steel fiber+steel reinforced concrete shaft wall structure is adopted in the lower non-freezing section.According to the load of two pairs of 50t skip and the large force(including vertical and horizontal direction)on the tank channel and the tank channel beam during the ascending and descending operation,and considering the cold bending process and material consumption of the tank channel steel,the cold-formed rectangular hollow steel tank channel beam,32c I-steel support beam and angle steel are used to make the tank channel beam support and ensure the safe operation of the hoisting conveyance.
