摘  要:为保证8.8m超大采高综采工作面安全高效贯通,对比分析了8.8m超大采高综采工作面末采贯通阶段在顶板管理、矿压控制、末采挂网等方面的主要风险及面临的技术难题,提出了以采用增压泵设备、水力压裂技术、等压开采及提高回撤通道支护强度为主的顶板综合管理技术措施。通过技术应用,工作面液压支架初撑力提升至30MPa,两端头顶板动载系数显著降低,工作面滞后小周期来压4m贯通,贯通后采场与主回撤通道围岩有效预防了8.8m超大采高综采工作面顶板事故的发生,实现了工作面的安全生产,可以为浅埋深特厚煤层综采末采贯通提供借鉴。In order to ensure the safe and efficient cut-through of the 8.8m super-high fully mechanized working face,the main risks and technical problems in roof management,mine pressure control and mesh hanging of end-mining cut-through stage of the working face are analyzed and compared,and the following suggestions are put forward:using booster pump equipment,hydraulic fracturing technology,post-weighting mining and improving the support strength of retracement channel.In field application,the initial support force of the hydraulic support increased to 30MPa,the dynamic load factor of the roof at both ends was significantly reduced,and the end-mining cut-through of working face is 4m lagged behind the small periodic weighting.After the cut-through,the surrounding rock of the stope and main retracement channel effectively prevents the roof accidents in the 8.8m super-high working face,and safe production of the working face is realized.
