摘  要:针对龙滩煤矿K_(1)突出单一薄煤层厚度变化大、煤与瓦斯突出危险性高和断层发育等问题,从消能防突和卸压增透两方面入手,提出了以工作面顺层钻孔、底板穿层钻孔、底板穿层网格化钻孔完全区域消能为主,断层带深孔爆破、抽采盲区水力压裂、超前排放钻孔局部卸压增透为辅的一体化防突技术体系。3124S智能化综采工作面现场抽采结果表明:一体化防突技术实施后,瓦斯抽采浓度提升1.32倍,抽采纯量提升1.27倍,瓦斯抽采率46%以上,瓦斯抽采效率大幅提升,为突出薄煤层智能化综采工作面安全快速推进奠定了基础。In view of the large undulation of coal seam thickness,high risk of coal and gas outburst and fault development in the K_(1) outburst single thin coal seam of Longtan Coal Mine,based on the analysis of complete area energy dissipation and local pressure relief for permeability enhancement,an integrated outburst prevention technology system is proposed,comprising the major techniques of working face bedding drilling,floor trans-seam drilling,and floor grid trans-seam drilling hole for complete area energy dissipation and the supplemented techniques of tectonic zone deep hole blasting,hydraulic fracturing in blind zone of gas extraction,advance discharge and drilling for local pressure relief for permeability enhancement.The on-site extraction results of the 3124S intelligent fully mechanized mining face show that after using the integrated outburst prevention technology,the gas extraction concentration is increased by 1.32 times,the drainage volume is increased by 1.27 times,the gas drainage efficiency is over 46%.
