摘  要:为了确保王才伙盘煤矿2201工作面在上覆大面积房采区以及回风巷外侧邻近房采区情况下的安全推采,结合生产现场实际情况,对2201工作面开采过程中2-2上煤层上覆房采区和2-2煤层相邻房采区的煤自燃危险性进行了分析,并得出了其主要的漏风通道和区域。结果表明,房采区与工作面之间存在的漏风通道主要是顶板垮落后与房采区形成的复合采空区,具有一定煤自燃危险性。为此,分别从煤自燃指标气体监测、采空区注浆、注氮、堵漏风防治技术等方面提出了有针对性的煤自燃防治技术,有效抑制和预防了房采老空区的煤自燃现象,保证2201工作面的安全推采。In order to ensure the safe mining of the 2201 working face of Wangcaihuopan Coal Mine with overlying large-area room mining area and return air way adjacent room mining area,the risk of coal spontaneous combustion is analyzed for the overlying room mining area in 2-2 upper coal seam and the adjacent room mining area in 2-2 coal seam during the 2201 working face mining,and the main air leakage channels and areas are found out.The results showed that the air leakage channels between the room mining area and the working face is mainly the compound goaf formed by the roof collapse and the room mining area,which has a certain risk of coal spontaneous combustion.For this reason,targeted coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control technologies were put forward comprising indicator gas monitoring,goaf grouting,nitrogen injection,and air leakage prevention technologies,which effectively suppressed and prevented coal spontaneous combustion in old goaf areas and ensured the safety of the 2201 working face.
