摘 要:针对双巷布置工作面两次煤柱采动影响下巷道围岩变形控制的技术难题,以单侯矿1#煤层1105N工作面为工程背景,通过理论计算和FLAC^(3D)数值模拟分析,得出了单侯矿留设不同宽度的煤柱时1105N工作面进风巷围岩变形的特征,确定了双巷布置工作面区段煤柱的合理宽度,优化了1105N进风巷的锚杆(索)支护参数。研究成果表明:通过理论计算,得出了1#煤层区段宽煤柱尺寸为22.43m,经过数值模拟验证,确定1#煤层合理区段宽煤柱尺寸为22m,并对1105N工作面进风巷道支护方式进行了优化与支护效果验证。该研究成果对于类似的工程地质情况下的煤柱留设具有一定的参考价值。Aiming at the technical difficulties in surrounding rock deformation control under the influence during twice mining face in of dual lane working face,the 1105N working face of No.1 coal seam of Danhou Mine is taken as the engineering background,and theoretical calculation and FLAC^(3D) simulation are carried out.The deformation characteristics of surrounding rock are obtained for the air intake lane of 1105N working face with different width coal pillars,and the parameters of bolt(cable)support in 1105N lane are optimized.According to the theoretical calculation,the width of the section wide coal pillar is 22.43m,which is verified by numerical simulation.Finally,it is confirmed that the reasonable width of the coal pillar is 22m.In addition,the support method of the air intake lane in 1105N working face is optimized and the support effect is verified.
