摘 要:混合级联桥式整流电路与级联多电平整流电路相比,不需要工频移相变压器,近年来受到了广泛的关注。文章分析了混合级联桥式整流电路与级联多电平整流电路的电路拓扑结构、工作原理及控制策略等,并从体积、成本等多方面对基于上述这两种电路拓扑的变频器进行了对比,同时分析了基于混合级联桥式整流的矿用变频器在矿井中的应用前景。分析表明矿用变频器若采用混合级联桥式整流电路不仅可以节约成本、减小开关损耗、降低谐波污染,而且可以减小整体装置的体积和重量,有利于变频器在煤矿井下狭小空间的安装使用。Compared with cascaded multilevel rectifier,hybrid cascade bridge rectifier does not need power frequency phaseshifting transformer,which has been widely concerned in recent years.The circuit topology,working principle and control strategy of hybrid cascade bridge rectifier circuit and cascade multilevel rectifier circuit are analyzed,and the frequency converter is compared based on the above two circuit topologies from the aspects of volume and cost,and the application prospect of mine frequency converter based on hybrid cascade bridge rectifier is analyzed.The analysis show that the hybrid cascade bridge rectifier circuit can not only save cost,reduce switching loss and harmonic pollution,but also reduce the volume and weight of the whole device,which is conducive to the installation and use of frequency converter in the narrow space of coal mine.
