摘　　要：China Promulgates Law on Family Education Promotion中国家庭教育促进法诞生China adopted the Law of the People's Republic of China on Family Education Promotion during the 31st Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress(held on October 23,2021).The legislation is scheduled to take effect on January 1,2022.The legislation is being enacted to carry forward the Chinese nation's fine tradition of attaching great importance to family education,guiding society in emphasizing family,family education and family values,enhancing family happiness and social harmony,and training builders of and successors to the socialist cause,who are fully developed.
