摘  要:以番茄为试材,采用培养皿育种和纸杯育苗的方法,研究了番茄在不同浓度的硝酸钙溶液处理下NO^(-)及Ca^(2+)本身对番茄的胁迫作用,测定了幼苗的株高、根长、茎粗、干鲜质量和叶片中的光合色素、可溶性糖及丙二醛含量的变化,以期为番茄的设施抗盐栽培技术提供参考依据。结果表明:0~100 mmol·L^(-1)Ca(NO_(3))_(2)混合液处理下随着浓度的升高,番茄幼苗各生长量明显降低;100 mmol·L^(-1)是Ca(NO_(3))_(2)胁迫下番茄幼苗的致死浓度;Ca(NO_(3))_(2)混合液(0~75 mmol·L^(-1))条件下,可溶性糖含量和光合色素及丙二醛含量显著增加。Ca(NO_(3))_(2)胁迫造成了番茄幼苗质膜透性增加,营养物质运输遭到破坏,从而使番茄幼苗生长受到严重抑制。Taking tomato as the test material.The methods of petri dish breeding and paper cup seedling were used to study the stress effects of NO^(-)and Ca^(2+)on tomato under different concentrations of calcium nitrate solution treatment.The plant height, root length, stem thickness, dry and fresh weight of the seedlings and the chlorophyll, soluble sugar and malondialdehyde in the leaves were measured, in order to provide a reference for the salt-tolerant cultivation technology of tomato facilities.The results showed that uhanges in malondialdehyde.Under the treatment of 0-100 mmol·L^(-1)Ca(NO_(3))_(2)mixture, with the increase of concentration, the growth of tomato seedlings decreased significantly;100 mmol·L^(-1)was the lethal concentration of tomato seedlings under Ca(NO_(3))_(2)stress.Under the condition of Ca(NO_(3))_(2)mixed solution(0-75 mmol·L^(-1)),the soluble sugar content, photosynthetic pigment and malondialdehyde content increased significantly.Ca(NO_(3))_(2)stress caused the increase of the plasma membrane permeability of tomato seedlings and the destruction of nutrient transport, which severely inhibited the growth of tomato seedlings.
