摘 要:以1,3,5-三丙烯酰基六氢三嗪(TAHT)为原料与正丙胺反应,得到具有仲胺基团的六氢三嗪衍生物(TAHT-PA);并将其作为环氧树脂的固化剂,与4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷(DDM)按特定物质的量比混合,配制系列环氧树脂固化物。通过红外图谱、核磁氢谱与核磁碳谱确定TAHT-PA的分子结构,并对水解机理进行了探讨。同时还研究了环氧固化物的热性能、力学性能与降解性能,探讨了其酸/碱水解方法的机理。研究结果表明:成功制备了TAHT-PA;其具有酸/碱两种水解方法,其中酸水解过程中主要以水解酰胺键与破坏六氢三嗪环为主,而碱水解过程中主要以水解酰胺键为主;TAHT-PA具有替代传统固化剂的潜力,通过调节DDM与TAHT-PA的比例,可调整固化物的热性能、力学性能与降解性能。Hexahydrotriazine derivative with secondary amine group(TAHT-PA) was obtained by the reaction of 1,3,5-triacryloylhexahydrotriazine(TAHT)as raw material with n-propylamine. A series of epoxy resin cured products were prepared by using it as curing agent for epoxy resin and mixing with 4, 4’-diaminophenylmethane(DDM)in a specific mass ratio. The molecular structure of TAHT-PA was determined by infrared spectrum,hydrogen nuclear magnetic spectrum and carbon nuclear magnetic spectrum,and the hydrolysis mechanism was discussed. At the same time,the thermal,mechanical and degradation properties of epoxy cured products were also studied,and the mechanism of its acid/alkali hydrolysis method was explored. The research results showed that TAHT-PA was successfully prepared. It had two hydrolysis methods of acid/alkali,in which the acid hydrolysis process mainly hydrolyzed the amide bond and destroyed the hexahydrotriazine ring,while the alkali hydrolysis process mainly hydrolyzed the amide bond. TAHT-PA had the potential to replace the traditional curing agent,and by adjusting the ratio of DDM and TAHT-PA,the thermal,mechanical and degradation properties of the cured products could be adjusted.
