摘  要:将胍类低聚物(PHMG)与异氰酸酯丙基三烷氧基硅烷反应合成新型抗菌剂,进一步以该抗菌剂应用于单组分室温缩合型硅橡胶,以提高硅橡胶抗菌防霉的长效性。研究结果表明:当异氰酸酯丙基三甲氧基硅烷与质量分数为0.075%的二月桂酸二丁基锡混合时,其正常与储存后的操作时间最佳。TM-PHMG-1000与TM-PHMG-2000的耐热性明显优于TM-PHMG-500,且TM-PHMG-1000抑菌性能最优。当w(TM-PHMG-10)>17.5%时,硅橡胶的抗菌保持能力达到最佳状态;与同等质量分数的PHMG-1000物理复配的硅橡胶相比,化学法接入自制抗菌剂TM-PHMG-10可使硅橡胶的抗菌保持能力显著提升,且胶体的粘接效果保持较好。A new antibacterial agent was synthesized by the reaction of guanidine oligomer(PHMG)with isocyanate propyltrialkoxysilane,and the antibacterial agent was further applied to one-component room temperature condensation type silicone rubber,in order to improve the long-term antibacterial and antifungal properties of silicone rubber. The research results showed that when isocyanate propyltrimethoxysilane was mixed with 0.075% mass fraction of dibutyltin dilaurate,the operation time after normal and storage was excellent. The heat resistance of TM-PHMG-1000 and TM-PHMG-2000 was significantly better than that of TM-PHMG-500,and TM-PHMG-1 000 had the best antibacterial performance. When w(TM-PHMG-10)>17.5%,the antibacterial retention ability of silicone rubber reached the best state. Compared with the physically compounded silicone rubber with the same mass fraction of PHMG-1000,adding the self-made antibacterial agent TM-PHMG-10 by the chemical method could significantly improve the antibacterial retention ability of silicone rubber,and the bonding effect of colloid could be maintained well.
