摘  要:在线溶解气体分析是监测电力变压器绝缘油健康状况信息的有效技术,绝缘油分解的典型碳氢化合物气体是诊断变压器故障类型和严重程度的关键指标。为了实现非接触和现场测量,提出了一种基于可调二极管激光吸收光谱的多气体检测系统,研究了光源、长路径气室、多气体检测拓扑结构的关键技术问题,还研制了一种具有抗振优点、光程可达10.13 m的多通道气室,为了共享光吸收路径,还采用光开关对多气体检测系统进行合并。试验验证了可调二极管激光吸收光谱的多气体检测系统的高灵敏度。在此基础上研究了多组分气体交叉干扰特性,为光谱多组分气体检测的修正给出了参考。On-line dissolved gas analysis(DGA) is an effective technique for monitoring the health status of insulating oil in power transformers. Typical hydrocarbon gases decomposed by insulating oil are key indicators for diagnosing the type and severity of transformer faults. In order to realize the non-contact and field measurement, this paper proposes a multiple gas detection system based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy, studies the key technical problems of the light source, long-path gas chamber, and multi-gas detection topology. A multi-channel gas chamber with the advantages of vibration resistance and optical path up to 10.13 m was developed. In order to share the optical absorption path, optical switch was used to combine the multi-gas testing system. The high sensitivity of multi-gas detection system with adjustable diode laser absorption spectrum is verified by experiments. On this basis, the cross interference characteristics of multicomponent gas are studied, which provides a reference for the correction of spectral multicomponent gas detection.
