清热止咳糖浆治疗小儿风热及痰热咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察清热止咳糖浆治疗小儿风热、痰热咳嗽的疗效,明确其更适用于哪种咳嗽。方法选取符合中西医诊断标准的风热犯肺证、痰热壅肺证咳嗽患儿各50例,口服清热止咳糖浆,7 d为一个疗程。1个疗程后统计疗效。结果风热组总有效率为94%,高于痰热组的78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患儿中医主次症证候积分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且风热组下降更显著(主症积分P<0.01,次症积分P<0.05);风热组咳嗽、咳痰、发热、肺部啰音消失时间均显著短于痰热组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清热止咳糖浆更适用于风热咳嗽患儿。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Zhike syrup in the treatment of wind-heat and phlegm-heat cough in children,and to determine which cough is best for it.Methods Fifty children with wind-heat invading lung syndrome cough and phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome were selected from the pediatrics outpatient department of our hospital respectively.Each group was given Qingre Zhike syrup,5 days for a course of treatment.The curative effect was counted after one course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the wind-heat invading lung syndrome group was 94%,which was higher than 78% of the phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P< 0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine primary and secondary symptoms in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P< 0.05).The decrease was more significant in the wind-heat invading lung syndrome group(P< 0.01 for primary symptoms andP< 0.05 for secondary symptoms).The disappearance time of cough,sputum,fever and lung rhonchus in the wind-heat invading lung syndrome group were shorter than those in the phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).Conclusion Qingre Zhike syrup is more suitable for children with cough of wind-heat invading lung syndrome.
