摘　　要：于慧卿主任医师从事中医、中西医结合心血管病的临床、教学及科研工作30余年,积累了丰富的临床经验。通过跟师出诊、翻阅文献,总结于慧卿教授治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的临床经验,发现于教授治疗UA重视追本溯源,因时立方;以化浊通腑、逐瘀止痛为治疗大法;以自拟化浊丹参饮为基础处方;并依据四诊合参随症加减。因此,于慧卿主任医师治疗UA具有独到的学术思想、治疗经验及用药特点。Chief physician Yu Huiqing has been engaged in the clinical,teaching and scientific research of cardiovascular diseases combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for more than 30 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience.By making home visits with teachers and reviewing literature,the clinical experience of Chief physician Yu Huiqing in the treatment of unstable angina was summarized.It was found that Chief physician Yu Huiqing in the treatment of unstable angina attached great importance to tracing the source.Taking eliminating turbid for clearing viscerae and removing blood stasis and relieving pain as the treatment method,self-made Huazhuo Danshen drink is the prescription according to the four diagnostic criteria and symptoms.It can be seen Chief physician Yu Huiqing in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris has unique academic thoughts,therapeutic experience and medication characteristics.
