辨证治疗瘀血阻络型偏头痛性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析对瘀血阻络型偏头痛性眩晕患者采用中医辨证治疗的效果。方法对2018年10月—2020年6月收治的88例瘀血阻络型偏头痛性眩晕患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析,按照患者所接受的治疗方法将其分为2组,将以常规西医治疗的44例患者归入A组,将以中医辨证治疗的另外44例患者归入B组,评估2组患者治疗前后眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分,并观察其发生头痛眩晕的次数,统计2组耳鸣、恶心、呕吐等不良反应的发生率。结果治疗后,B组发生头痛眩晕的次数较A组少,且不良反应发生率及DHI评分较A组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医辨证疗法应用于瘀血阻络型偏头痛性眩晕的治疗中,可有效减少患者的发病次数,缓解眩晕症状,且安全性良好。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of migraine vertigo of blood stasis blocking collaterals based on syndrome differentiation.Methods The clinical data of 88 cases of migraine vertigo with blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals were analyzed retrospectively from October 2018 to June 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment they received.A total of 44 patients treated with conventional western medicine were included in the group A.Another 44 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation were classified as group B.The Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI) before and after treatment was evaluated,the frequency of headache and vertigo was observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions such as tinnitus,nausea and vomiting was counted in the two groups.Results After treatment,group B had less headache and vertigo than group A.The incidence of adverse reactions and DHI scores of group B were lower than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Applying traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy to the treatment of migraine vertigo with blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals can effectively reduce the number of cases,relieve vertigo,and the safety is good.
