中药袋外敷治疗剖宫产术后伤口脂肪液化临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药袋外敷对剖宫产术后伤口脂肪液化的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月实施剖宫产手术后出现伤口脂肪液化的产妇68例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,将纳入研究的产妇分为对照组和研究组。给予所有产妇抗生素治疗以预防感染,在此基础上,对照组采用常规换药、换敷料等干预,研究组则在对照组基础上给予产妇中药袋外敷。对比观察2组产妇伤口脂肪液化好转情况、伤口停止渗液和愈合时间,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)对产妇术后1 d、3 d、7 d的疼痛程度进行评估。结果经处理后,研究组产妇伤口愈合情况较对照组好,且伤口停止渗液时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,术后3 d、7 d的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药袋外敷对促进剖宫产术后伤口脂肪液化伤口愈合、减轻术后疼痛具有良好效果,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine bag on wound fat liquefaction after cesarean section.Methods A total of 68 pregnant women with wound fat liquefaction after caesarean section in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects.The pregnant women were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method.All the pregnant women were given antibiotics to prevent infection.On this basis,the control group adopted routine dressing change,dressing change and other interventions,while the study group,on the basis of the control group,was given traditional Chinese medicine bags for external application.The improvement of wound fat liquefaction,cessation of wound drainage and healing time were compared between the two groups.Visual analogue scale(VAS) was used to evaluate the pain degree on 1 d,3 d and 7 d after obstetric operation.Results After treatment,the wound healing in the study group was better than that in the control group,the wound drainage time and healing time were shorter than that in the control group,and the VAS score at 3 d and 7 d after surgery was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion External application of traditional Chinese medicine bag has good effect on promoting wound fat liquefaction wound healing and alleviating postoperative pain after cesarean section,and has high application value.
