中医护理干预对瘀血痹阻型胸痹心痛患者生活质量、心功能及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理干预对瘀血痹阻型胸痹心痛患者生活质量、心功能及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的瘀血痹阻型胸痹心痛患者97例作为研究对象,采用摸球的方法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(48例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用中医护理干预。对2组临床疗效、生活质量、心功能及负性情绪进行分析及比较。结果与对照组总有效率(73.47%)比较,观察组总有效率(93.75%)显著升高(P<0.05);干预后观察组左房内径左室舒张末径及左室收缩末径与对照组比较显著降低(P<0.05);干预后观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组生活质量量表4个维度的评分与对照组比较均升高(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预在瘀血痹阻型胸痹心痛患者中具有较高的应用价值,能改善患者负性情绪、提高心功能同时提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the quality of life,heart function and negative emotions of patients with blood stasis and obstruction of chest pain.Methods Ninety-seven patients with blood stasis and obstruction type chest pain and heartache disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(n= 49) and the observation group(n= 48).The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,heart function and negative emotions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(73.47%),the total effective rate(93.75%) of the observation group was significantly increased(P< 0.05).After the intervention,the left atrial inner diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter of the observation group significantly reduced compared with the control group(P< 0.05).SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after the intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P< 0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the four dimensions of the quality of life scale of the observation group increased compared with the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention has high application value in patients with blood stasis and obstruction of chest pain and heartache.It can improve patients’ negative emotions,improve heart function and improve the quality of life.
