中药汤剂常见不良反应及药学干预价值的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于中药汤剂常见不良反应及药学干预价值的临床研究。方法随机抽取2019年1月—2021年1月中药门诊行中药汤剂治疗的265例患者作为研究对象。将2019年1月—2020年1月的135例患者设置为对照组,分析对照组具体的药物不良反应,分析发生的原因并以此为依据制定药学干预措施。将2020年1月—2021年1月的130例患者设置为观察组,将药学干预措施应用至观察组中。比较2组不良反应发生率、累及器官及不良反应具体表现种类。结果观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疗程过长比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于中药汤剂常见不良反应给予患者及医师药学干预,能够降低中药汤剂使用过程中的不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the clinical research based on the common adverse reactions of Chinese medicine decoctions and the value of pharmaceutical intervention.Methods A total of 265 patients who were treated with Chinese medicine decoction in outpatient department of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects.A total of 135 patients from January 2019 to January 2020 were enrolled as the control group.The specific adverse drug reactions in the control group and the causes and formulate pharmaceutical intervention measures based on this were analyzed.A total of 130 patients from January 2020 to January 2021 were assigned to the observation group.Pharmaceutical intervention measures were applied to the observation group.The incidence of adverse reactions,organs involved and specific types of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The proportion of treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the common adverse reactions of Chinese medicine decoctions,pharmaceutical intervention by patients and physicians can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the use of Chinese medicine decoctions.
