桃红四物汤联合透天凉针刺手法治疗创伤性膝滑膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探寻桃红四物汤加味结合透天凉针刺手法治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎(瘀血阻络型)的临床疗效。方法将选取的60例患者,随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组给予常规保守治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予桃红四物汤加味及透天凉针刺手法治疗。治疗21 d后,比较VAS评分和LYSHOLM评分、超声探查膝关节积液深度和疗效。结果治疗后VAS评分、LYSHOLM评分、积液深度较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分、LYSHOLM评分明显优于对照组,积液深度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率90.0%,明显优于对照组总有效率63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤加味结合透天凉针刺手法治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎(瘀血阻络型),能够显著改善患者症状,减少积液。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Toutian-liang manipulation on traumatic knee synovitis(static blood blocking collaterals type).Methods The selected 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Routine conservative treatment was given to the control group.The treatment group was treated with modified Taohong Siwu decoction and Toutian-liang manipulation.After 21 days of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and LYSHOLM scores,ultrasound exploration of knee joint effusion depth and curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results Within the two groups,the VAS score,LYSHOLM score,and the depth of effusion after treatment were significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Between the two groups,the VAS score and LYSHOLM score of the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,and the depth of effusion was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(63.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Taohong Siwu decoction combined with Toutian-liang manipulation on traumatic knee synovitis(static blood blocking collaterals type)can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the effusion.
