煎药方法对当归四逆汤药效的影响

摘　　要：目的探究不同的煎药方法对当归四逆汤药效的影响作用。方法选取2020年1月—2020年12月收治的68例患者,均属血虚寒厥证患者,给予当归四逆汤进行治疗。将68例患者按照就诊序号奇偶数分为对照组、观察组各34例。对照组采取传统煎药方法进行煎药服用治疗,观察组采取规范化煎药方法进行煎药服用治疗。1个疗程结束后,对2组的治疗效果进行对比评价,并对2组患者每剂药物的平均煎药时间、平均用水量进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗显效例数占比、有效例数占比均高于对照组,总体临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者每剂药物的平均煎药时间、平均用水量与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论煎药方法对当归四逆汤的药效具有显著性的影响,对于血虚寒厥证患者,在服用当归四逆汤进行治疗中,采取规范化煎药方法较之传统煎药方法能明显提升临床治疗效果,并且不会延长煎药时间和增加用水量。Objective To explore the effect of different decocting methods on the efficacy of Danggui Sini decoction.Methods Between January 2020 and December 2020,68 cases patients with blood deficiency cold syncope were given Danggui Sini decoction.68 patients were divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(34 cases)according to the odd or even number.The control group adopted traditional detecting method.The observation group took standardization detecting method.After a period of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and evaluated,and the average decocting time and average water consumption of each drug were compared and analyzed.Results The proportion of significantly effective people and effective people in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the overall clinical efficacy was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in average decocting time and average water consumption of each drug in observation group compared with control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Decocting method has significant influence on the efficacy of Danggui Sini decoction.Compared with traditional decocting method,standardized decocting method can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with blood deficiency and cold convulsion syndrome,and will not prolong the decocting time or increase the consumption of water.
