摘　　要：目的探讨原发性面肌痉挛的病因病机及中西医治疗方法。方法分析原发性面肌痉挛的形成原因和诊断方法,论述针刀治疗和手法复位在原发性面肌痉挛治疗方面的优势,回顾性分析2例患者的病因和治疗。结果原发性面肌痉挛多为桥小脑区血管压迫神经根部引发,临床除采用现代医学一般对症治疗外,还可配合针刀联合手法复位调整寰枢关节紊乱,可有效缓解对面神经的压迫,远期疗效好。结论针刀治疗配合手法复位用于轻、中度原发性面肌痉挛疗效较好,临床可推广应用。Objective To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of primary hemifacial spasm and the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods The causes and diagnosis of primary hemifacial spasm were analyzed.The advantages of acupotomy and manual reduction in the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm were discussed.The causes and treatment of two patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Primary hemifacial spasm is mostly caused by the compression of the nerve root by the blood vessels in the cerebellopontine area.In addition to the general symptomatic treatment of modern medicine,it can also be combined with acupotomy combined with manual reduction to adjust the atlantoaxial joint disorder,which can effectively relieve the compression of the facial nerve with good long-term curative effect.Conclusion Acupotomy combined with manual reduction for mild to moderate primary hemifacial spasm has good curative effect,which can be widely used in clinic.
