针刺联合言语康复训练疗法对运动性构音障碍患者声学指标及言语功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合言语康复训练疗法对运动性构音障碍患者声学指标及言语功能的影响。方法选取80例运动性构音障碍患者,于2019年10月—2020年10月进行治疗,按照随机数字表法划分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例)。对照组患者进行常规语言康复训练,试验组在常规语言康复训练基础上联合针刺治疗,2组均治疗30 d。比较2组患者治疗后的临床总有效率以及治疗前后2组患者声学与语言能力评分。结果试验组患者治疗后临床总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者音量与基频较治疗前差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后2组患者最长发音时间均延长,试验组长于对照组,同时治疗后2组患者读、写、说评分均较治疗前升高,且试验组较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合言语康复训练疗法可改善运动性构音障碍患者的声学障碍,提升治疗效果,同时改善患者的言语功能。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with language rehabilitation training on acoustic indexes and speech function of patients with motor dysarthria.Methods 80 patients with dysarthria were selected and treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020.They were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases).Patients in the control group were given routine language rehabilitation training,while patients in the experimental group were given acupuncture treatment on the basis of routine language rehabilitation training.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The clinical total effective rate,acoustic and language ability scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the volume and tone between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and after treatment,the longest pronunciation time in 2 groups was prolonged,and the duration of the experimental was longer than that of the control group.Meanwhile,the scores of reading,writing and speaking in 2 groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with language rehabilitation training can improve the acoustic disturbance of patients with motor dysarthria,enhance the therapeutic effect,and improve the speech function of patients.
