摘  要:轮胎的振动特性对汽车驾驶室内产生的噪声有显著影响,对轮胎振动特性进行优化有重要意义。以某型轮胎为研究对象,基于有限元方法建立轮胎的动力学模型,求解三种振动条件下的模态固有频率,并通过调整轮胎的结构参数优化轮胎的振动频率,进而有效抑制共振,达到降低汽车驾驶室内噪声的目的。The vibration characteristics of the tire have a significant impact on the noise generated in the cab of a car,and it is of great significance to optimize the vibration characteristics of the tire. Taking a certain type of tire as the research object,the dynamic model of the tire was established based on the finite element method,and the modality natural frequencies under three vibration conditions were solved. And by adjusting the structural parameters of the tire,the vibration frequency of the tire was optimized,thereby effectively suppressing resonance,and achieving the purpose of reducing the noise in the car cabin.
