摘　　要：在激光切割设备中,中空气动卡盘是主要传动部件。对中空气动卡盘的现状进行了分析,对通径为225 mm的中空气动卡盘进行了整体结构和外形尺寸设计,对夹紧力和夹紧范围进行了计算,并进行了试验校核。In the laser cutting equipment,the hollow air chuck is the main drive component. The present status of the hollow air chuck was analyzed,the overall structure and physical dimension of the hollow air chuck with a drift diameter of 225 mm was designed,the clamping force and the clamping range were calculated,and a test check was carried out.
