摘 要:严寒地区幅员辽阔、冬季寒冷漫长,极寒的气候条件与人居环境的恶化是严寒地区城市所面临的突出问题与严峻挑战,亟待对该区域展开改善城市微气候环境的相关研究。基于严寒地区城市空间形态的复杂性与气候的特殊性,综合运用多学科知识及多元分析方法,从宏观、中观、微观等多维层面,揭示严寒地区城市微气候环境与城市空间形态及其要素的关联性,研究城市微气候环境的调节机理以及改善微气候环境的设计方法。从基础数据采集与实验、城市微气候动态数值模拟技术、城市空间形态与微气候、城市空间要素与微气候等方面,概述了在严寒地区城市微气候调节设计方法研究方面的主要工作进展,研究成果对于引导严寒地区城市科学规划与建设、改善严寒地区城市人居环境具有重要价值。As the areas are vast and winter is long and cold in severe cold regions, extremely cold weather conditions and the deterioration of the living environment are the prominent problems and significant challenges faced by cities in severe cold regions. It is urgent to carry out related studies on improving the urban microclimate environment. Based on the complexity of urban spatial morphology and the particularity of climate in severe cold regions, the study comprehensively uses multidisciplinary knowledge and multiple analysis methods to reveal the correlation of microclimate environment and urban spatial morphology in severe cold cities from the macro-, medium-and micro-levels, and to explore the regulation mechanism and the design method of improving the urban microclimate environment. This paper summarizes the main work progress in the study on regulation design methods of urban microclimate in severe cold regions from basic data collection and experiments, dynamic numerical simulation technology of urban microclimate, urban spatial morphology and microclimate, urban spatial elements and microclimate, etc. The results are of significance for guiding the scientific planning and construction of cities and improving the urban human settlement environment in severe cold regions.
