摘  要:以天津滨江道-和平路中心区的70个区块为研究对象,通过PHOENICS2012对研究区域的风环境进行数值模拟获取其风速指标,运用SPSS23将平均风速比与城市空间形态参数进行相关性分析与多元线性回归分析,得到基于城市空间形态的平均风速比模型。根据结果可知平均高度、建筑密度、围合度与平均风速比密切相关,相关程度平均高度>建筑密度>围合度,据此对研究区域整体与主要街道的风环境分布特征及影响因素进行分析,提出对高密度区风环境的改善策略。Taking 70 intermediate scale blocks of central business area in Binjiang Road-Heping Road, Tianjin as the research object, wind speed environment of the area was numerically simulated by one of CFD solvers, PHOENICS2012, and its wind speed ratio was obtained. Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of urban spatial morphological parameters were carried out by SPSS23 to obtain a wind speed ratio model based on urban spatial morphology. According to the calculation results of the model, it was known that the average height, building density, and the degree of enclosure were closely related to the wind speed ratio, and the degree of relevance was reduced in this order. Based on this, the wind environment comfort and spatial distribution characteristics of the integral study area and the main streets were analyzed. And strategies for improving the wind environment of high-density were proposed.
