摘　　要：《现代兽医免疫学》是为兽医专业学位研究生开设的一门专业必修课程,其教学内容具有很强的理论性和实践性。在该课程的讲述中,既要兼顾经典免疫学理论和免疫学研究前沿知识,又要突出现代免疫学技术在兽医免疫临床中的应用。因此,采用传统的教学方法将难以实现理论和实践相结合的效果。案例库教学模式能很好地衔接前沿理论和临床实践之间的关系。笔者结合河南科技学院学位授权点的实际情况,就《现代兽医免疫学》案例库教学过程中如何做好案例课程设计、选取典型案例、组织案例教学及合理化的考核模式等环节进行论述,以期为兽医专业学位研究生《现代兽医免疫学》的教学实践提供建议和参考。Modem Veterinary Immunology is a compulsory course for veterinary postgraduates,which has strong theoretical and practical significance.In the presentation of this course,we should not only show the classical immunology theory and the frontier knowledge of immunology research,but also highlight the application of modem immunology technology in veterinary immunology clinic.Therefore,the traditional teaching method is difficult to achieve the effect of integrating theory with practice.The case base teaching mode can well connect the relationship between die theoretical frontier and veterinary clinical practice.Combined with the actual situation of the unit,this paper discusses how to do a good job in curriculum design,select typical cases,organize case teaching and reasonable assessment mode in the teaching process of Modern Veterinary Immunology,so as to provide suggestions and reference for the preliminary construction of Modem Veterinary Immunology teaching case base.
