摘 要:锅炉SNCR脱硝技术工艺简单,能够实现烟气NOX的常规达标排放,但脱硝效率一般不足40%。SNCR脱硝在运行过程中也产生了部分不利影响,通过现场生产实际优化,提升SNCR脱硝喷枪运行的稳定性,解决水冷壁管爆管腐蚀问题;改善脱硝药剂碱金属含量,达到超低排放标准,解决因积盐影响锅炉正常运行的问题。The boiler SNCR denitration technology has a simple process and can realize the conventional standard emission of flue gas NOx,but the denitration efficiency is generally less than 40%,and the SNCR denitration also had some adverse effects during operation.Through the optimization of actual on-site production,the operation stability of SNCR denitration injection gun was improved and the explosion and corrosion problems of water-cooling tube was solved;the alkali metal content of denitration agent was improved,having met the ultra-low emission standard,and the problem of affecting the normal operation of boiler due to salt accumulation was solved.
