摘  要:随着连铸机智能化系统的不断推进,对火切机切割系统的无人化要求就显得尤为重要。如何能实现火切机切割系统的无人值守,已成为火切机智能切割的重要手段。本文提出的火切机无人值守的智能切割方法,是通过PLC系统自动采集切割枪变频器电压、电流值和限位开关数字量变化,判断切割是否正常。当检测到某一枪切割异常时,PLC系统控制另一切割枪单枪继续切割的指令,让其继续完成未切割完成的部分,确保钢坯准确切断,而无需人工手动干预切割。该方法既能确保火切机准确切割钢坯实现无人值守,又降低了人力成本,提高了劳动生产率。With the continuous advancement of the intelligent system of continuous caster,the unattended requirement for the cutting system of flame cutting machine is particularly important.How to realize the unattended cutting system of flame cutting machine has become an important means of intelligent cutting of flame cutting machine.The unattended intelligent cutting method of flame cutting machine proposed in this paper is to automatically collect the changes of voltage,current and limit switch digital value of frequency converter of the cutting gun through PLC system to judge whether the cutting is normal.When an abnormal cutting of a gun is detected,the PLC system will control all the instructions of the other cutting gun to continue cutting with a single gun,so that it can continue to complete the unfinished part,so as to ensure the accurate cutting of the billet without manual intervention.This method can not only ensure that the flame cutting machine accurately cut billets and realize unattended,but also reduce the labor cost and improve the labor productivity.
