摘　　要：通过采取降C提Si提Mn优化钢的化学成分、添加一定量的V细化晶粒、控轧控冷工艺以及轧后正火处理等措施,可以明显提高F45MnVS非调质钢棒材的冲击功数值。By taking measures such as reducing C content,increasing Si and Mn contents,optimizing the chemical composition of the steel,adding a certain amount of V element to refine grains,controlled rolling and controlled cooling process and normalizing treatment,the impact energy value of F45MnVS non-quenched and tempered steel bar can be significantly improved.
