摘　　要：为打赢蓝天保卫战,党中央、国务院分别对调整运输结构作出重要部署,国务院办公厅印发了《推进运输结构调整三年行动计划》,“公转铁”行动紧锣密鼓开展,作为调整规划其中的山钢股份莱芜铁路运输分公司,超前谋划,提前研判,分析自己能力,积极采取管理及技术措施,在取得阶段性胜利基础上,积极探索近期应对策略。In order to win the battle to defend the blue sky,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have made the important arrangements for the adjustment of the transportation structure.The general office of the State Council has issued the"three-year action plan for promoting the adjustment of the transportation structure",and the"highway to tailway"action has been earned out actively.As a part of the adjustment plans,Laiwu railway transportation branch company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.planed,studied and judged ahead of time,analyzed its own ability,actively took the management and technical measures,and explored the recent coping strategies on the basis of achieving stage winning.
