摘　　要：分析了圆盘式热锯机金属锯片失效的原因和影响金属锯片使用寿命的因素,对锯切工艺的改进方法进行了研究,通过改进锯片参数、提升冷却效率、规范标准化操作等改进措施,金属锯片消耗量明显降低。The causes leading to the metal saw blade failure and the factors affecting the service life of metal saw blade of disc type hot saw machine were analyzed in the paper,and the improvement methods of sawing process were studied.Through the improvement measures such as improving the parameters of saw blades,improving the cooling efficiency and standardizing the operation,the consumption of metal saw blades was significantly reduced.
