摘　　要：目的探讨流式细胞检测技术在不孕症中的应用价值。方法采用流式细胞检测技术,对不孕症患者外周血T淋巴细胞,B淋巴细胞,NK细胞及其亚群进行检测并分析。结果共检测分析外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群1 959例,其中CD3^(+)T细胞正常例数为70.44%(1 380/1 959),异常29.56%(579/1 959);检测分析B淋巴细胞及其亚群3 118例,其中CD19^(+)B细胞正常例数为81.53%(2 542/3 118),异常18.47%(576/3 118);检测分析NK细胞及其亚群2 260例,其中CD3^(+)CD56^(+)NK细胞正常例数为51.02%(1 153/2 260),异常48.98%(1 107/2 260);异常病例组进一步区分为异常增高和降低两种;3种细胞都可以分化为不同的细胞亚群。结论不孕症患者存在不同程度的淋巴细胞比例异常,流式细胞检测技术对评估不孕症患者免疫功能异常具有重要的价值。Objective To investigate the application of laser flow cytometry in infertility. Methods The peripheral blood T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, NK cells and their subsets from infertility patients were acquired and analyzed by laser flow cytometry.Results The peripheral blood T lymphocytes and their subsets were detected in 1 959 cases.Normal and abnormal CD3^(+)Tcells were detected in 70.44%(1 380/1 959) and 29.56%(579/1 959) cases, respectively. The B lymphocytes and their subsets were detected in 3 118 cases. Normal and abnormal CD19^(+)B cells were detected in 81.53%(2 542/3 118) and 18.47%(576/3 118) cases, respectively. NK cells and their subsets were detected in 2 260. Normal and abnormal CD3^(+)CD56^(+)NK cells were detected in 51.02%(1 153/2 260) and 48.98%(1 107/2 260) cases, respectively. Abnormal cases were further divided into, abnormally increased cells and decreased cells. All three cellscould differentiate into different cell subpopulations. Conclusion There are different degrees of abnormal lymphocyte proportion in infertile patients. Laser flow cytometry is of great value in evaluating the immune function of infertile patients.
