摘  要:路基路面连续智能压实工艺特征参数是控制智能压实质量的关键因素。通过试验路段对路基土、水泥稳定碎石基层及沥青面层开展的现场智能压实试验,分析了不同压实工艺、含水量、下承层刚度以及面层厚度等对连续智能压实参数(CMV值与MDP值)影响的特征,同时分析了传统压实质量控制指标(压实度与弯沉值)与智能压实工艺特征参数间的相关性。结果表明:路基土弯沉值与压实度均与CMV值呈近似线性关系;水泥稳定基层在最佳含水率的情况下,其压实度和弯沉值都与CMV值及MDP值存在较好的线性相关性,但含水率的变化对基层智能压实质量控制参数相关性的影响较大,且采用基层智能压实参数控制时,需要考虑底基层压实参数对其的影响;沥青面层的厚度对智能压实质量控制参数相关性的影响较大,相关性会随着厚度的减小而衰减。上述结果对施工现场智能压实中的不同结构层对应压实控制参数的选取具有一定的指导意义。The characteristic parameters played a key factors in controlling the quality of pavement compaction for continuous intelligent compaction.Based on field test of subgrade,cement stabilized macadam base and asphalt surface layer,the influence of different compaction technology,water content,stiffness of underlayer and thickness of surface layer on compaction parameters(CMV value and MDP value) were analyzed.Meanwhile,the correlation between traditional compaction quality control index(degree of compaction and deflection) and intelligent compaction parameters was analyzed.The results showed that,the deflection and compactness of subgrade were approximately linear with CMV.Under the condition of optimum moisture content,the degree of compaction and deflection of cement stabilized base have good linear correlation with CMV value and MDP value,but the change of moisture content has great influence on the correlation.In addition,the influence of subbase compaction parameters should be considered;the thickness of asphalt surface has great influence on the correlation and it will decay with the decrease of thickness.The above results have certain guiding significance for the selection of corresponding compaction control parameters of different structural layers in the intelligent compaction.
