摘 要:建成年代较早的一些正在运营的钢箱梁桥,由于早期人们对钢箱梁桥认识不够、设计经验不足,一些钢箱梁桥在设计上存在箱室较宽、顶底板及加劲肋厚度偏小等问题。这导致了结构整体刚度较小,重车过桥时产生明显震动现象。新实施的JTG D64—2015《公路钢结构桥梁设计规范》对此做出了明确要求,规定了如车行道板厚度、加劲肋最小厚度、横隔板最小刚度等指标。因此,以某既有钢箱梁桥为例,对具有箱室较宽,顶底板、加劲肋、横隔板等构件厚度较薄,结构整体刚度较小,行车震动感强、舒适性差等特点的钢箱梁桥的受力性能进行分析并提出了相应的加固方案,通过不同加固方案对比,对结构刚度、顶底板应力等的加固改善状况得出相应结论。希望能为同类钢箱梁桥的加固改造设计提供一定的思路和借鉴。Due to the lack of understanding and design experience of steel box girder bridges in early years,there are some problems in the design of some existing steel box girder bridges,such as wider box chamber,smaller thickness of top and bottom plates and stiffeners.As a result,the overall stiffness of the structure is so smaller that obvious vibration occurs when heavy vehicle passes the bridge.The newly implemented Specifications for design of highway steel bridge of JTG D64—2015 has made clear supplementary requirements about indexes of the thickness of roadway slab,the minimum thickness of stiffener and the minimum stiffness of diaphragm,etc.Taking an existing steel box girder bridge as an example,this paper analyzes the mechanical performance of the steel box girder bridge with the characteristics of wide box chamber,thin top and bottom plate,stiffening rib,diaphragm and other components,small overall structural stiffness,strong driving vibration and poor comfort,and puts forward the corresponding reinforcement scheme.According to the comparison of different reinforcement schemes,the corresponding conclusions are drawn from the reinforcement and improvement of the structural stiffness and the roof and floor stress.It’s hoped to provide reference for the reinforcement and reconstruction design of similar steel box girder bridges.
