摘  要:为评价高模量添加剂对沥青胶结料性能的影响,以50号基质沥青为原材料,添加岩沥青添加剂RA和聚合物添加剂PR,制备得到2种高模量沥青50号+RA和50号+PR,将50号基质沥青和SBS改性沥青作为对照组,组成4种沥青试样。采用动态剪切流变试验、多应力蠕变恢复试验和低温弯曲蠕变试验分别对沥青材料的线黏弹性、高温稳定性和低温抗裂性进行了评价研究并进行了路用性能的验证。试验结果表明:高模量添加剂的使用可以显著提高沥青材料高温抗变形能力,50号+PR沥青的高温性能优于50号+RA沥青;掺入高模量添加剂后的沥青材料低温抗裂性变差,是高模量沥青胶结料实际使用中需要重点控制的指标。In order to evaluate the influence of high modulus additive on the performance of asphalt binder,two kinds of high modulus asphalts 50#RA and 50#PR were prepared by adding rock asphalt additive RA and polymer additive PR to 50#matrix asphalt.50#Compared with matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,four kinds of asphalt samples were ready.The viscoelasticity,high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of asphalts were studied by tests of dynamic shear rheological(DSR),multi-stress creep recovery(MSCR)and bending beam rheometer(BBR)respectively.The road performances were verified.The results showed that high modulus additives can significantly improve the high temperature deformation resistance of asphalt materials.The high temperature performance of 50#PR asphalt is better than that of 50#RA.The low temperature crack resistance of asphalt materials mixed with high modulus additive is worse.This is an important control index of practical high modulus asphalt binder.
