摘 要:为了提高齿轮齿面偏差评定的精度和效率,提出一种求解实际测量点到设计齿面最短距离的二分圆逼近法.该方法利用二分法思想,用圆不断逼近设计齿面上的齿廓线,直到找出最短距离,将三维空间计算转换为二维平面数据处理,简化了运算过程.将此方法在Matlab中实现并进行实际测量环境验证,与齿轮测量仪的评定结果对比,误差在4.5%左右,保证了评定精度,表明所提出的齿轮齿面偏差评定方法实用有效,为齿轮制造业提供了可借鉴方法.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of gear tooth surface deviation evaluation,a method of approximating the bisection circle to find the shortest distance from an actual measurement point to the designed tooth surface is proposed.This method uses the idea of dichotomy to continuously approximate the involute tooth profile on the designed tooth surface with a circle until the shortest distance is found,and the calculation of the three-dimensional space is converted into the data processing of the two-dimensional plane,which simplifies the calculation process.This method is implemented in Matlab tools and verified in actual measurement environment.Compared with the evaluation result of the gear measuring instrument,the error is about 4.5%,which guarantees the evaluation accuracy,indicating that the proposed method for evaluating gear tooth surface deviation is practical and effective.It provides a new method for gear manufacturing industry.
