摘  要:应用型本科高校电子信息类专业师资力量薄弱严重影响人才培养质量。针对目前应用型高校教师评价存在的6类问题,应用型高校电子信息类专业必须立足师资现状,实施教师发展性分类评价。根据应用型高校电子信息类专业教师发展性分类评价的8个原则和评价方案,南京工程学院信息与通信工程学院进行了两年的应用表明,该方案极大调动了教师积极性和创造性,有效地提升了教师教学和科研能力。In view of teachers'weak current situation of electronic information specialty in application-oriented colleges,this paper analyzes six problems existing in the evaluation of teachers in application-oriented colleges,and believes that electronic information specialty in application-oriented colleges should be based on the current situation of teachers and implement teacher developmental classification evaluation.It also puts forward eight principles for the developmental classification evaluation of teachers majoring in electronic information in such colleges.According to these principles,it also briefly designs the developmental classification evaluation scheme of teachers this kind,and has been applied in the school of information and communication engineering of Nanjing Institute of engineering for two years.The data shows that the scheme has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers,and has dramatically improved teachers'teaching and scientific research ability.
