摘  要:研究天然蛋白质与合成高分子湿法纺丝共混体系的流变性能。以接枝改性胶原蛋白和腈纶纤维为原料,以硫氰酸钠浓水溶液为溶剂,制备共混纺丝原液,借助旋转流变仪分析纺丝原液的流变性能。结果表明:纺丝原液为切力变稀型非牛顿流体;固定温度下,随着胶原蛋白含量的增加,纺丝原液黏度显著增大,纺丝原液偏离牛顿流体的程度变大;固定剪切速率下,纺丝原液的黏流活化能随胶原蛋白含量的增加而加大。升高温度,有利于降低纺丝原液的结构黏度指数,提高可纺性,也有利于纺丝原液的弹性效应,使纺丝顺利进行。The rheological propeties of wet spinning blend system of natural protein and synthetic polymer were studied.With the grafted collagen and acrylic fiber as raw materials,and sodium thiocyanate aqueous solution as solvent,the blended spinning dope were prepare.Rheological properties of spinning dope were analyzed with rotary rheometer.The results show that blended spinning dope belongs to shear thinning type of non-Newtonian fluid.At fixed temperature,with the increase of collagen content,the viscosity of spinning dope increases significantly,and the degree of deviation of spinning dope from Newtonian fluid increases.At a fixed shear rate,the viscous activation energy of spinning dope increases with the increase of collagen content.Increasing temperature is beneficial to reduce the structural viscosity index of the spinning dope,improve the spinnability,weaken the elastic effect,and make the spinning run smoothly.
