摘 要:为制备储存性能稳定、印制效果优异的活性染料墨水,分别选取乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇为溶剂,采用单因素实验法,分析它们对活性红218聚集性的影响,以及对活性染料墨水黏度、表面张力、保湿性能的影响;探讨二元醇对活性红218、活性黄95、活性蓝194等活性染料染色性能的影响。结果表明:随着活性染料浓度的增加,染料发生聚集,乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇均对活性红218具有一定的解聚性;当醇质量分数为20%,染料质量分数为10%时,稀释相同倍数后,丁二醇-染料混合溶液在波长548 nm附近处的吸收峰强度最高,故丁二醇解聚效果最好;3种二元醇均会增加印花墨水的黏度,降低墨水的表面张力,其中丁二醇对印花墨水的黏度和表面张力的影响最大;当醇用量相同时,醇-染料混合溶液在70℃下放置3 h后,乙二醇失水率相对最低,保湿性能最好。另外,3种二元醇均会降低染色织物的K/S值和固色率,其中丁二醇影响最大,1,3-丙二醇的影响最小。较其他2种二元醇,1,3-丙二醇对活性染料墨水的综合影响最小,能制备出性能更稳定、印制效果更好的活性染料墨水。In order to prepare reactive dye ink with stable storage performance and excellent printing effect,ethylene glycol,1,3-propylene glycol and 1,4-butanediol were selected as solvents respectively.Their effects on the aggregation of reactive red 218 and the viscosity,surface tension and moisture retention of reactive dye ink were analyzed by single factor experimental analysis,and their effects on three reactive dyes were discussed(reactive red 218,reactive yellow 95,reactive blue 194).The results show that the dyes aggregate with the increase of reactive dye concentration,and ethylene glycol,1,3-propylene glycol and 1,4-butanediol have certain depolymerization properties for reactive red 218;when the mass fraction of alcohol is 20%and the mass fraction of dye is 10%,the absorption peak intensity of butanediol dye mixed solution near the wavelength of 548nm is the highest,so butanediol Diol has the best depolymerization effect;the three diols will increase the viscosity of the ink and reduce the surface tension of the ink,among which butanediol has the greatest impact on the viscosity and surface tension;when the amount of alcohol is the same,after the alcohol dye mixed solution is placed at 70℃for 3h,the water loss rate of ethylene glycol is relatively lowest and the moisturizing performance is the best.For the change of dyeing properties of dyes after adding diols,the three diols will reduce the K/S value and fixation rate of dyed fabrics,among which butanediol has the greatest impact,1,3-propanediol has the least impact on reactive dye ink compared with the other two diols.The combined effect of water is the least,and the reactive dye ink with stable performance and excellent printing effect can be prepared.
