摘 要:针对当前纺织厂织造车间温湿度设置普遍偏高的问题,系统研究了在不同温湿度条件下,不同浆料配方对不同细度纯棉纱浆纱性能的影响,以及不同相对湿度对织造效率的影响。结果表明:采用PVA与变性淀粉协同浆纱,在织造车间温度25~28℃、相对湿度65%、纱线回潮率6.5%~7.5%条件下,浆纱性能良好,并且在相对湿度60%~65%时,可实现顺利织造;采用变性淀粉浆料浆纱,在织造车间温度22~25℃、相对湿度70%以上、纱线回潮率7.5%~9.5%时,浆纱性能良好。Given the problem of high temperature and humidity setting in weaving workshop of textile mills,the effect of different size formula on sizing performance of pure cotton yarn with different numbers under different temperature and humidity conditions was systematically studied,and the effect of different relative humidity on weaving efficiency was analyzed.The results show that the sizing performance is good when the temperature of weaving workshop is 25~28℃,the relative humidity is 65%,and the regain is 6.5%~7.5%.Also,weaving can be realized under the relative humidity of 60%~65%.For the modified starch sizing,the temperature of weaving workshop is 22~25℃,the relative humidity is over 70%,the moisture recovery rate is 7.5%~9.5%,and the sizing performance is good.
