摘　　要：构建有效的青年学生利益诉求表达机制是新时代高校育人的天然使命,是高校善治的重要内容,也是高校维稳的必然要求。在当前自媒体时代,学生利益诉求表达渠道不通畅,极易转向通过短视频等自媒体表达诉求,容易造成网络爆点,影响校园安全稳定。基于当前高校的实证研究,深入分析高校青年学生利益诉求表达存在的意识、路径、行动和制度等困境,围绕畅通性、正当性、规范性和建设性等原则,创新和完善学生利益诉求表达机制,推进专业化、创新化、规范化与制度化发展,促进大学治理共同体建设。Constructing an effective mechanism for expressing the interest of young students is the natural mission of university education in the new era,an important content of good governance in universities,as well as an inevitable requirement for universities to maintain stability.In the current self-media era,the channels for expressing interest appeals are not smooth,and it is very easy to switch to self-media appeals such as short videos,which can easily cause network explosions and affect campus safety and stability.Based on current empirical research in universities,it is imperative to make in-depth analyses of the existence of awareness,path,action and system for the expression of interest appeals of young students in universities,to innovate and improve the expression mechanism of student interest appeals around the principles of unobstructedness,legitimacy,standardization and constructiveness,to promote the development of specialization,innovation,standardization and institutionalization,and to promote the construction of a university governance community.
