摘  要:通过动态剪切流变仪对复合改性煤沥青的流变特性进行了研究,研究结果表明:复合改性煤沥青的复数模量和相位角随温度升高而降低,有利于提高沥青的高温性能,复合改性煤沥青抗车辙因子顺序为:D-4>D-3>D-1>D-2>D-0。复合改性煤沥青的动态剪切模量随着加载频率的增大而不断增加,相位角和复数粘度则逐渐减小。利用简化后的Carreau模型公式计算复合改性煤沥青的零剪切粘度,D-4的零剪切粘度最大,有较好的抗流动变形能力。The rheological properties of composite modified coal tar pitch are studied by dynamic shear rheometer.The research results show that,the complex modulus and phase angle of composite modified coal tar pitch decrease with the increase of temperature,which is conducive to improve the high temperature performance of asphalt.The order of anti-rutting factor of composite modified coal tar pitch is D-4>D-3>D-1>D-2>D-0.The dynamic shear modulus of composite modified coal tar pitch increases continuously with the increase of loading frequency,and the phase angle and complex viscosity decrease gradually.The zero shear viscosity of composite modified coal tar pitch is calculated by using the simplified Carreau model formula.D-4 has the largest zero shear viscosity and better ability to resist the flow deformation.
