新时代地方高校学报特色栏目调查与发展研究——以湖南省10种地方高校社科学报为例

摘　　要：新时代高校学报面临新的形势和新的使命,为适应新形势发展需要,地方高校学报应积极加强内涵建设,推进特色发展,形成差异化办刊优势和特色。通过采用抽样调查、个案研究和比较研究等方法,对湖南省10所地方本科院校学报进行分类总结和调查分析。从中可以看出,地方高校栏目刊文被引率总体低于该刊总发文单篇平均被引率,这反映出一些地方高校学报特色栏目刊文质量和学术影响力相对较低,特色栏目对学报办刊质量提升、学术影响力扩大没有达到理想效果,对地方高校相关学科支撑度不够高。为此,地方高校学报需依托地方资源,汇聚内外力量,打造特色栏目;依托优势学科,汇聚优秀稿件,提升办刊质量;依托科研基地,汇聚平台力量,扩大学术影响。By means of sampling survey,case study and comparative study,this paper classifies and summarizes the journals of 10 local universities in Hunan province.According to the investigation and analysis,the citing rate of articles published in special columns is below the average of jourals.It reflects that the quality and academic influence of special colums are relatively low.The special columns have not effectively improved quality or expanded the academic influence of the journal.They don’t provide enough support for the colleges’relative disciplines.Therefore,local university journals should rely on local resources,gather internal and external forces to create characteristic columns.They should gain excellent articles with the help of their advantageous disciplines.They should pool the strength of the platform and expand the academic influence with their research base.
