应用缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床有效性及对减少患者不良反应的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:研究时段选取范围2019年10月-2020年10月,入选此次研究的80例患者均为我院接收治疗的老年原发性高血压患者,结合此间老年原发性高血压患者应用治疗方法的差异,将其分别纳入对照组和试验组,各40例,依次实施常规治疗及缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,比较在不同干预措施下的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、血压水平、炎性因子水平等。结果:分析治疗效果,和对照组患者的治疗有效率(80.00%)相比,试验组患者的治疗有效率(95.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应方面,试验组较对照组更低,但两组数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及内皮素-1(ET-1)水平均低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后白介素-6水平及超敏C反应蛋白明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压患者有效且安全,患者血压水平和血管内皮功能恢复良好。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of valsartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of senile essential hypertension.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,80 elderly patients with essential hypertension who were treated in our hospital were included and randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment methods for senile essential hypertension during this period.There were control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group,receiving conventional treatment and valsartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets,respectively.The therapeutic effects,incidence of adverse reactions,blood pressure levels,inflammatory factor levels after different interventions were compared.Results:The therapeutic effect was analyzed,the total effective rate of the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but showed that the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and nitric oxide(NO)level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in the experimental group were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets are effective and safe in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension,with good recovery of blood pressure and vascular endothelial function.
