摘　　要：目的:观察人性化护理对小儿先天性心脏病体外循环术后并发症及全身炎性反应的影响。方法:选择我院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的小儿先天性心脏病体外循环患儿60例,随机数字法分两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理;试验组实施人性化护理。比较两组患儿血液炎症指标水平及术后并发症发生率。结果:试验组干预后白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)等炎症指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿先天性心脏病体外循环术患儿的护理中运用人性化护理,可明显降低患儿术后炎症指标水平,减少术后并发症的发生,效果理想。Objective:To observe the effect of humanized nursing on the complications and systemic inflammatory response of children with congenital heart disease after extracorporeal circulation.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,60 children with congenital heart disease undergoing extracorporeal circulation were selected.They were divided into the two groups by random number table with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing.The experimental group implemented humanized nursing.The levels of blood inflammation indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC)and other inflammatory indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of humanized nursing in the nursing of children with congenital heart disease undergoing extracorporeal circulation can significantly reduce the level of postoperative inflammation indicators and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,achieving ideal effect.
