摘　　要：目的:探究预见性防范对策在降低内科老年患者护理安全隐患中的作用。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年11月退休老干部80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组使用常规护理;观察组使用预见性防范对策。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度及生命质量各项评分均高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用预见性防范对策,可以明显提高老年患者的护理满意度,保证生命质量各项指数良性稳定,降低不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the role of predictive preventive countermeasures in reducing the hidden dangers of nursing safety of elderly patients in internal medicine department.Methods:Eighty retired veteran cadres from February 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing.The observation group used predictive preventive countermeasures.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of predictive preventive countermeasures can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of elderly patients,ensure the benign and stable indexes of quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
