摘  要:为满足工程需要和减小电机转子系统在高速运转中的振动效应,在设计阶段寻求多目标优化结构。运用改进的Riccati传递矩阵法对其简化并进行分段建模,修改了部分典型单元的状态向量进行动力学分析。结合正交试验和Isight集成优化平台,建立质量匹配和振动特性的多目标优化模型,采用响应面函数(RSM)近似模型和带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)求解。结果表明:高速电机转子系统的质量下降了4.8%,1阶固有频率上升了11.0%,相对应的振幅下降了11.3%,对于提升电机轴系设计的可靠性和高速运转的稳定性具有重要意义。最后,通过力锤模态试验验证了初始化系统模型的准确性,说明Riccati传递矩阵法的改进是可行的,对高速电机转子的动力学分析具有重要的参考价值。In this article,in order to meet engineering needs and reduce the vibration effect of the motor rotor system in high-speed operation,a multi-objective optimization structure is worked out in the design stage.The improved Riccati transfer-matrix method is applied to simplify and model the structure in sections,and the state vectors of some typical units are modified for dynamic analysis.In combination with the orthogonal experiment and the Isight-integrated optimization platform,a multi-objective optimization model of mass matching and vibration characteristics is set up;the response-surface-methodology(RSM)approximation model and the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy(NSGA-Ⅱ)are used to solve the problem.The results show that the quality of the high-speed motor rotor system decreases by 4.8%,the first-order natural frequency increases by 11.0%,and the corresponding amplitude decreases by 11.3%.These results are of great significance to ensure that the design of the motor shaft system is reliable and the high-speed structure is operated in a stable manner.Finally,the accuracy of the initial system model is verified by means of the hammer modal test,which shows that the improvement of the Riccati transfer-matrix method is feasible and it has important reference for the dynamic analysis on the high-speed motor rotor system.
