摘 要:悬臂吊是一种为适应相关工况而发展起来的新一代起重机,具有质量轻、结构紧凑、拆装方便、灵活性高等特点;施工安全是各类起重机械的首要条件,为减小电机与悬臂发生共振的几率,进一步提高悬臂吊的可靠性,以保证其使用安全性,文中采用模态叠加的方法,结合有限元软件ANSYS Workbench,对悬壁吊悬壁结构进行了局部优化,并对比了优化前后结构的可靠性。结果表明:优化后的悬壁吊悬壁下盖板厚度较优化前减少了16.7%,最大频率较优化前降低了2.8%,最大振幅较优化前降低了13.9%,进一步远离了与电动机的共振区域。通过文中的研究,使得悬壁吊在质量减小的情况下,提高了可靠性,为悬壁吊的轻量化设计提供了一定的参考依据。Cantilever crane as a new generation of cranes is developed to adapt to various working conditions. It has such characteristics as light weight, compact structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, high flexibility, and so on. Construction safety is the primary condition for all types of lifting machinery. In order to reduce the probability of resonance between the motor and the cantilever, the reliability of the cantilever crane is further improved to ensure its safety in use. With the help of the modal-superposition method and the finite element software Anays Workbench, the cantilevered hanging structure is subject to local optimization, and some comparisons are made about the reliability of the structure before and after the optimization. The results show that the thickness of the lower cantilever wall after optimization reduces by 16.7% compared with that before optimization, the maximum frequency reduces by 2.8%, compared with that before optimization, and the maximum amplitude reduces by 13.9% compared with that before optimization, further away from resonance with the motor. The research indicates that the reliability of the cantilever crane has improved with reduced mass, which provides certain reference for future design and development of cantilever cranes.
