摘 要:为改进金属板材卷边作业方式,降低加工成本,提高生产效率和扩展适用范围,将约束理论(Theory of Constraints,TOC)、发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)和层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)集成应用于金属板材卷边机的功能改进设计中。采用AHP构建设计需求指标层级列表,结合系统分析,利用TOC挖掘、改进或解除确定的不合理约束,然后通过TRIZ求解,输出多种改进设计方案,再根据设计需求指标权重对各方案进行综合评价和优选,得到金属板材卷边机的功能改进设计方案。金属板材卷边机功能改进设计前后的对比分析结果表明,改进后的设计方案可适用于大件金属板材卷边作业,且模具成本、加工效率方面有明显改善,为相关金属加工设备的设计提供了参考。To improve sheet metal crimping operation methods,reduce processing costs,increase production efficiency and expand the scope of application,the integration methods of TOC(Theory of Constraints),TRIZ and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)were applied to the improvement design of sheet metal crimping machine.AHP was adopted to construct hierarchical list of design requirement indexes combined with system analysis.TOC was used to excavate,improve or remove determined unreasonable constraints.Then,TRIZ was utilized to solve and output multiple improvement design schemes.Each scheme was comprehensively evaluated and optimized according to the weight of design requirement indexes,so as to obtain functional improvement design of sheet metal crimping machine.The comparative analysis results of the functional improvement design of sheet metal crimping machine and the original design showed that the improved design could be applied to the crimping operation of large-sized sheet metals.The mold cost was significantly reduced and the processing efficiency was significantly improved.Therefore,this functional improvement design could be used as a reference for the design of related metal processing equipment.
